- We are developing a new revenue stream with the help of Dovex Plastics in Houston as well as Ballywhoo Plastics in Corpus Christi that will be keeping at least 18 ,000 lbs. of POST consumer HDPE out of the landfill this year!
-The truck has undergone another rebuild of the transmission and I will be swapping out the torque converter as well as I have already acquired the right one.
-Collection Schedule is updated through July, and I wanted to thank all of you for you continued patience in dealing with the mechanical issues . I have spoken with many of you in regard to the credit of missed collection time. I obviously have no problem facilitating those requests. I would only ask that those of you seeking multiple cycle credits, understand that they will need to be staggered. If I stop taking payments completely, We will no longer have an operational budget.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES: We offer a 1 size fits all collection fee for all of the Coastal Bend residential customers. We collect a large variety of materials and divert them from the landfill by placing them directly back into the production stream! Materials collected include:
- #1 & #2 Plastics such as water and soda bottles (#1) or detergent and soap bottles (#2)
- Glass containers of all shapes sizes and colors
- Corrugated cardboard & other fiber materials

- $30 fully refundable bin deposit will be returned at the end of the service contract and reclamation of the bin. $20 set up fee covers the delivery and set up of the bin.

Moon Shot Recycling is a locally owned and operated materials management company based in Aransas Pass, TX. Our mission is to positively affect our community by reducing the amount of material added to our waste stream, partnering with local organizations, creating new products, and sharing our resources with others.
Service starts at $25/month OR a SPECIAL discounted $275/year rate is available for those of you wishing to pay in full. We also offer a 10% discount for both military and 1st responders (all nurses included)
